About the Event

During this webinar we will discuss the PEA therapeutic process with a particular emphasis on using experiential approaches to work through this fundamental EA method. The value of the PEA process lies in its ability to help deepen contact with oneself, facilitate the necessary self-distance from one’s automatic coping reactions, and take a more decided and personal position that allows one the ability to choose towards one’s greater values. We will work our way through the steps of PEA using alternative and practical experiential techniques that can help the client turn towards the immediate, develop an integrated understanding of their experience, and respond with an inner consent.

*Since this webinar will be looking at the PEA process in depth, it will be best for the participants to have some knowledge and familiarity with EA theory and practice. Therefore, this webinar will be limited to EA trainees who are currently enrolled in or have completed their Basic Certificate/Counseling Diploma.
